Our Story…

Picture this: Two Southern Girls, raised in the kitchen with their Grandmothers and Mothers because, according to them, “Every self-respecting Southern girl must know how to cook!” Their Southern upbringing also taught them that cooking for someone shows you love’em and there is no room for shortcuts in the kitchen. It is no wonder when these chic, Southern belles met they instantly bonded over food, wine and family.

Holy Vino unofficially began in their kitchen during the Fall of 2006 with a bit of leftover wine. Now it is a commonly known fact, that the fruit of the vine is never wasted in Jodi or Rebecca’s kitchen. The Holidays were quickly approaching and they wanted to create the tastiest hostess gifts in town. Instead of turning water into wine, they stuck to their Southern roots and turned the leftover wine into jelly and served it with cheese!

Everyone loved the jelly and the requests for more poured in. Jodi & Rebecca began experimenting with different ingredients and soon realized they had a flair for making wine jelly. Suddenly, their path was clear – di’vine’ly inspired by their love for cooking and their Southern upbringing. The world needed Holy Vino and so it began.

We are our mother’s daughters, but this is not your mama’s jelly.
